About M.Day.Kendall
M.Day. Kendall was born in June 1991 in France.
She and her family immigrated to the United States in 1995, settling in the blistering cold northern region of North Dakota.
Throughout her life she has lived everywhere from Michigan to New Mexico. She currently resides in southern Georgia with her service member husband and their three children.
M.Day has always escaped into the world of daydream whenever stress and boredom struck. Eventually she put pen to paper and wrote her first completed work titled Ambivalence, which was published in January 2024. Since then she has published the second part of the series, completed writing the third book and is currently working on the finale.
In her free time M.Day is an avid reader who does indie reviews for other authors. Other hobbies include book cover creation, epoxy and jewelery crafting, hiking, swimming, volleyball, critiquing movies and vacationing in Florida with her family.
M.Day.Kendall aspires to complete at least three more series in the next decade with a variety of genre and topics, from stories of cult survivors, a fantasy series, a spicy werewolf duet, and an extreme horror book. Trying her hand at different genres while voicing her poetic and unique first persons POV writing style is sure to bring tears to your eyes and a hopeful smile to your lips.

She struggles with identity, seeking womanhood at the hands of those who damaged her and what that entitles.
Book four, titled Aftermath focuses primarily on Laurels sister, Ava and her struggles in navigating life following an unexpected and savage loss.
Ava hunts for love, acceptance, and a place to call home.
Meanwhile her male counterpart Max seeks love.

Ambivalence is a story of a brother and sister who's trajectories in life were forever altered by grief. The sister suffers through years of sexual abuse that is very dark and disturbing. The brother living in such a home starts to no longer feel and slowly slips into the skin of a sociopath. The book is written like stream of consciousness. I love the way M. Day writes trauma in such a poetic style, and still lets you feel every emotion. This story will have you in a love hate relationship with the characters.
